Industrial Physics, a leader in package and product integrity test instrumentation and services, has purchased C&W Specialist Equipment Ltd., a company that specializes in the development and manufacture of corrosion test chambers. C&W-branded products are now part of Industrial Physics’ Inks & Coatings segment, which, along with TQC Sheen and Fibro System products, offers a complete portfolio of solutions to customers requiring paint, coatings and surface analysis testing.
“With a large installed base of test chambers and strong brand recognition in the industry, we are excited to add the C&W product line to our segment,” said Remco Wever, president of Inks & Coatings. “Nigel and his team are respected industry veterans with a strong track record of delivering high customer service and reliable products to global customers that are typically also buying from TQC Sheen.”
“We are excited to be joining the Industrial Physics family of brands,” said Nigel Cremer, managing director of C&W. “We have a strong product portfolio and loyal customers but have lacked the global sales and service reach of Industrial Physics. We will now be able to leverage Industrial Physics and its extensive network of channel partners to deliver value to customers anywhere in the world.”
